DR. JOSHUA STRÜBEL

is focused on how artificial intelligence is changing security, decision-making, and risk in real-world systems. His work examines how AI systems can be exploited, how organizations and governments can deploy them safely, and how individuals can position themselves as these technologies reshape the economy and society. He has advised national security stakeholders on AI risk, led AI security research at Savannah River National Laboratory, and currently shapes AI strategy at a Fortune Global 500 company. He serves as a leader in the South Carolina Army National Guard, teaches cybersecurity and computer science at several universities, and produces an educational YouTube channel exploring AI vulnerabilities. Joshua holds a Master of Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Doctor of Public Policy with concentration in Cybersecurity Policy from Liberty University.
